Individual registrations and release forms are now collected online by Camp Berea.

What you need to do to register for Deep Freeze Jan 11-13

1. Go to https://berea.campbrainregistration.com/ to register  before October 25  (rates increase after this date)

2. Fill out registration forms

   1. IMPORTANT: South Shore Community Church must be listed as the church (so we will be in the same cabins)

3. Once you register email Melinda to let her know        ssccteens@ssccma.com

4. Give your deposit check for $50 per students to Melinda by Thursday Oct 25

 Payment plan (payments need to be made by each date)

Payment 1          $85       Thursday Nov 29

Final Payment   $85       Thursday Jan 3

Total cost         $220.
